Bracelet Adjustment

We want you to be happy with your watch purchase, that’s why we offer free alterations with all watch purchases. Leather straps tend to fit without a problem, however watches with metal bracelet straps often need to be adjusted for the perfect fit. We can do this for you before your watch is sent out, or you can visit our Glasgow store and we will adjust the watch whilst you wait.

OPTION 1: Specify your wrist measurement on your order

If you’re purchasing a watch with a metal bracelet strap with adjustable links, we can adjust the strap to fit your wrist free of charge before sending the watch to you. Simply email us at [email protected] as soon as you’ve placed your order and tell us your wrist measurement along with your order number. We will adjust the strap before sending it out and include the surplus links with your watch. The easiest way to measure your wrist is with a piece of string, then measure this piece of string against a ruler. If you need extra links in addition to the original watch, we will order them directly from the manufacturer. In this event we will contact you to inform you of any delays or applicable charges.  Please note we would ask you to call us if you have not received a response to your email as unfortunately some emails go into our junk folder and it would then be missed prior to dispatch.

OPTION 2: Buy your watch from our website and have it adjusted in our Glasgow store

Simply take your watch to our Glasgow store with proof of purchase and we will measure your wrist and adjust the strap free of charge whilst you wait. You can also take your watch to a third party for adjustments but please note that once the bracelet has been adjusted by a third party the watch is no longer eligible for a refund.

Self-Adjustable Watches – Seksy Rocks

Some watches, like Seksy Rocks, have self-adjustable bracelet straps. Simply remove individual links as required. To adjust the bracelet for a smaller wrist, open the clasp and move the clasp bar to the left groove, then snap the clasp closed. Check the fit and repeat if required on two additional clasps. To remove a link, open the clasp then open and remove the second clasp. Re-join the clasp and snap the clasp closed. To adjust the bracelet for a larger wrist, open the clasp and move the clasp bar to the right groove, then snap the clasp closed. Check the fit and repeat if required on two additional clasps.
